Not Quite Enough Resolve!

Not Quite Enough Resolve!
I had business in another part of town and since I was the majority of the way I decided to check out two lfs. First one I resisted as I wanted to look at the other one before to see there conditions.
The second one had nice selection of fish including the Bettas. Laser and Pygmy Corys. I also resisted temptation there too. Wasn't easy though! They had a
couple I really was drawn too.
Well, you know the third times a charm and I was worn down! So I bought myself a HM today. $8 for the HM and $8 for a divider as it was time evidently!
($3=2pounds).2 Small moss balls for $6 also!
I'll try to get photos posted in the next day or so!

Well, I divided the tank and added my HM who I think I'll name Winslow. He seems so happy to be out of the tea cup as I call them!
I'll tell you one of the CTs named Marcus isn't to happy. I hope he doesn't have a stroke as he's pretty worked up. He's got a beard like Rip Van Winkle! Good thing
he can't access any power tools, otherwise he'd be through already!

Awwww I wanna seee!! I bet he makes up for that chocolate you missed out on!
I know what you mean....I'm temped to go get another one since the VT died but I know better than that till I have everything sanitized and I wanna get a hook-on filter for that tank too (the 2.5 one). I'm not even sure if I should try another betta. 2 of 3 are dead and the other is still sick :/.
Maybe a goldfish, lol.

I'm going to try playing with the lighting so maybe I can get a better picture. Also going to check a couple pawn shops for a newer camera. The one I borrowed is only 4 MP. She claims it should work, but I'm not having much luck!
Meastalia,
Please don't blame yourself about Fishy passing or about Alphas condition. You
don't know if it is your fault for sure. From your excitement, research, concern, stress and efforts I wouldn't necessarily throw in the towel on Bettas. Its my belief the main ingredient in a Bettas life is the keeper that cares a lot! IMO for what its worth!

Don't give up Mesatalia. Its a learning curve and unfortunately fish aren't as resilient as other pets. Its not nice to lose any animal but you're learning daily I'm sure. Stick with it! x
